1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Data you provide

• Name and email address — when creating your account (via email/password or Google sign-in).

Data generated by your use of the app

• Game experience content — scores, game history, tournament results, progression.
• Product interactions — screens visited, buttons used, session duration.
• User identifier — a unique identifier (Firebase UID) linked to your account.

Automatically collected data

• Device identifier — advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and push notification token.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address, used to display relevant advertisements.
• Diagnostic data — crash reports and performance data to improve app stability.

3. How we use your data

• App functionality — authentication, game management, tournaments, push notifications.
• Service improvement — usage analysis, bug fixes, new feature development.
• Advertising — displaying third-party ads via Google AdMob. The IDFA is used to personalise ads and measure their effectiveness, subject to your ATT consent (iOS 14.5+).

We share certain data with the following service providers:

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Advertising and ATT consent

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app asks for permission to access your advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, non-personalised ads will be shown. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except for data required to fulfil our legal obligations.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

8. Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure servers (Microsoft Azure, West Europe region). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be notified via the app or by email. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
