Delete my account
You want to delete your GrintaGoal account and all associated data? Follow the steps below.
Delete from the app (recommended)
Account deletion is available directly in the app — no external steps required:
- Open GrintaGoal
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm the deletion
Deletion is immediate and permanent. All your data will be erased.
No longer have access to the app?
Send an email to support@grinta-goal.com with the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data deleted
Upon your request, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Your account (name, email address, Firebase identifier)
- Your profile and username
- Your game history (solo, league, battle)
- Your XP progression and levels
- Your Ballon balance and unlocked accessories
- Your preferences and settings
Data retained
Certain data may be retained beyond 30 days for legal or technical reasons:
- Anonymised scores in historical tournament leaderboards (not linked to your identity)
- Transaction data (Ballon purchases) retained for 5 years under French accounting obligations
